Stock Donations
Amos House welcomes donations of stock. Stock donations can help reduce your income tax burden by avoiding capital gains taxes. To arrange for a stock donation, please call our Development Office at 401-831-9866.

Planned Giving and Estate Planning
A designation to Amos House in your will, retirement and/or estate plan would not only be a cost effective way of contributing to our agency; it would convey and perpetuate your values of caring for the poor and homeless by meeting their basic needs and helping them help themselves toward stability. Event Donations and Sponsors
Throughout the year Amos House holds special events to raise funds for our vital programs and services. We rely on companies, organizations and individuals for sponsorships, auction and raffle prizes. What follows is our 2008 special event line-up and ways that you can help. Through your generosity, hundreds of poor and homeless persons and families will move toward stability.

For more information on becoming a sponsor, donating prizes, or “adopting” a family, please call our Special Events Coordinator at 401-272-0220, x220 at least four weeks before a scheduled event.

In-kind Donations
Your in-kind donations mean so much to Amos House residents and guests. Please call 401-272-0220 to donate personal care items, non-perishable food items, or a simple pair of winter gloves. Below are items that we always need and appreciate, followed by an additional Wish List.
