Supportive Housing Apartment Program
Amos House manages two apartment buildings with a total of 22 units. They include one, two and three bedroom apartments for men, women and their children. In addition to safe, clean and affordable housing, residents have access to case management, social services, meals, job training and placement assistance, education and health care services. First priority is given to graduates of our 90-Day Transitional Housing Program. We also have several apartments through a partnership with SWAP (Stop Wasting Abandoned Property, another nonprofit agency). And Rhode Island Housing’s RoadHome Program makes referrals to our apartment program. Rooming Houses
Amos House has five rooming houses in different neighborhoods in Providence. They provide a total of 35 rooms for men and women. Graduates of our 90-day program have first priority to move into our rooming houses. They live in a clean and sober community and continue to benefit from our programs and services.
