From Seed to Spoon
Join us on September 28, 2013 for From Seed to Spoon, an urban farm to table feast benefiting Amos House at The Steel Yard.
Enjoy an evening under the stars with chef, author, and TV host Dave Lieberman as More Than A Meal Catering, a division of Amos House Works, prepares unforgettable gourmet dishes to delight every palate. Each course will spotlight seasonal fall produce, sustainable meat, and freshly caught seafood from local farmers. Listen to bluegrass music and have the chance to bid on exciting items during a live auction. Complimentary valet parking will be available.
Purchase VIP tickets and join Pasture to Plate at a special reception at 5:30pm as they show you how additions from the farmer’s market or your garden can elevate classic cocktails to the next level. In this workshop you’ll learn how to use fine spirits and fresh ingredients to create cocktails for every occasion. You’ll have a chance to then sample these tasty libations and snack on raw bar and farm fresh appetizers.
