beet and mango salad with pistachios and goat cheese dressing
wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil and pickled garlic scapes
sous vide sirloin with spring bulgur wheat salad and raita
lemon parpadelle with roasted cherry tomatoes, arugula, basil and garlic consommé
champagne float with macerated berries and sorbet
